Consultation &
Concept Development
We begin by learning about your vision and preferences through a detailed consultation. Our experienced designers work with you to create a custom design concept that balances aesthetics, space, and functionality. A 3D model of your home is then produced, allowing you to visualize and refine the layout before moving forward with the next phase.

Cost Estimate &
Transparent Quotation
After the design is confirmed, we provide a detailed and transparent cost estimate. This includes soil reports, contour plans, and supplier quotes, ensuring everything is accurate and clear. A small initial payment may be required at this stage. Our commitment is to honesty and clarity—so you’ll always know what to expect without any hidden surprises.

Council Submission
& Approvals
We manage all aspects of submitting your plans to the local council and securing approval. If changes are required by the council, we’ll take care of them promptly. Our team handles the process efficiently and professionally, ensuring minimal delays and clear communication. This step ensures everything is in place before construction begins on your new home.

Construction Timeline &
Project Updates
Once approved, we start construction with a carefully planned schedule—typically completed within 12 months. The actual duration may vary depending on design complexity, but we keep everything on track. Regular updates and communication ensure you’re informed and confident throughout.
