Gilles St Heritage Addition

This elegantly built addition, located on Adelaide’s famous Gilles street, is architecturally designed with superb use of natural light and space to create this outstanding home. Using a combination of raw materials and carefully handcrafted zinc , the façade integrates delicately with the existing heritage building.

The Beresford Arms is Adelaide’s earliest remaining inn and it has been painstakingly restored to preserve its part in Adelaide’s history. Building onto such an important heritage building, we had to carefully consider the extension, having to use innovative techniques to make sure the quality and standards of this build are second to none.

The interior of the building makes wonderful use of open space and materiality to craft generous living areas and gorgeous bedrooms to create a home anyone will love.
