Double Storey

We are thrilled with the quality of our family home and found Florin to be accessible, easy to deal with and a perfectionist, which is what you want in a builder! We’d build with them again in a heartbeat!

I have known Florin Farcut for many years and have worked successfully with his company Lucy Commercial during that time on both domestic and commercial projects. We have subsequently short listed his company for tender of a number of our upcoming commercial projects which range in value from $800,000 to $35,000,000. We are confident that Lucy Commercial has the potential to future growth. At all times Lucy Commercial have acted with honesty and integrity, we recommend Lucy commercial for any future development.

Although we have been working with Florin only for the last 12 months, my evaluation of Florin and his personality is that he is very reliable and our clients, especially in the Chinese community, holds Florin and his group of company in high esteem. Florin’s transparent transactions with our clients have earned him our complete trust and we are unreservedly recommending his group of companies to all our clients.

I have known Florin and worked with Florin for the last fourteen years. My development company has used the services of Lucy Group of Companies and Florin has proven to be a trustworthy and very knowledgeable builder again and again. We are continuously engaging Florin Farcut for our developments. Florin is a very capable and skilled expert.
